Installation

First-Time Setup

Power on the phone; it will boot and attempt to register with Cisco Unified Communications Manager.

  1. Make call: Lift handset or press Speakerphone, dial number using keypad.
  2. Answer call: Lift handset, press Speakerphone, or press Answer softkey if available.
  3. Hold: Press Hold button to place call on hold; resume by pressing Hold again.
  4. Transfer: During call, press Transfer, dial target number, complete transfer.
  5. Conference: During call, press Conference, dial second party, merge calls.
  6. Call history: Access via Navigation button to view missed, received, placed calls.
  7. Redial: Press Redial or access from call history.
  8. Mute: Press Mute to silence microphone; press again to unmute.
