Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Ethernet cable (Cat5e or higher)
- Power adapter (included)
- Handset cable
- Network switch with PoE capability
- Screwdriver (for wall mount)
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location near network connection with adequate ventilation and accessibility.
- Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and verify all components are present (phone, handset, cables, power adapter).
- Connect Network Cable: Connect Ethernet cable from network switch to the LAN port on the phone. For PoE, ensure switch provides 802.3af/at power.
- Connect Handset: Connect the handset cable to the handset port on the phone and to the telephone handset.
- Power Connection: If not using PoE, connect the power adapter to the phone and plug into a power outlet.
- Initial Setup: Power on the phone and wait for boot sequence. Follow on-screen prompts for initial configuration.
- Test Functionality: Make test calls to verify audio quality, check all buttons and display functions.

- DNS Error: Cannot resolve server name - Check DNS configuration
- Security Error: Certificate validation failed - Install proper certificates
