Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable conference table.

  1. Connect to network: Use Ethernet cable to connect to PoE switch or injector.
  2. Connect optional handset: Plug handset into dedicated port.
  3. Connect optional headset: Plug headset into headset port.
  4. Power on: Phone will boot via PoE or optional power adapter.

WARNING! Ensure stable placement; avoid locations with excessive vibration or noise.

First-Time Setup

Power on phone; follow on-screen prompts.

  1. Network configuration: Phone will attempt DHCP; configure manually if needed via touchscreen.
  2. Register with CUCM: Enter server address and credentials as provided by administrator.
  3. Set language: In SETTINGS menu, select preferred language.

  3. Merge calls: Tap "Merge" to create conference.
  4. Manage conference: Use touchscreen to mute/unmute participants, adjust volumes.
  5. Hold/Resume: Tap Hold button during call.
  6. Transfer: Tap Transfer during call; enter target number.
  7. Record: Enable recording via touchscreen if supported by system.

WARNING! Ensure adequate ventilation; do not block microphone array.

Accessibility Features
