IP Phone Series

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Ethernet cable (Cat5e or higher)
  • Power adapter (if not using PoE)
  • Network switch with PoE capability
  • Screwdriver (for wall mounting)
  • Network configuration access

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location near network connection with proper ventilation and accessibility.
  2. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and check for any visible damage to the phone.
  3. Network Connection: Connect the Ethernet cable from the network switch to the phone's network port.
  4. Power Connection: Connect power adapter if not using Power over Ethernet (PoE), or ensure PoE switch is properly configured.
  5. Handset and Accessories: Connect handset cord to the handset jack and headset if required.
  6. Power On: Press the power button or wait for PoE to initialize the phone.
  7. Configuration: Follow on-screen prompts to configure network settings and user preferences.
  8. Test Functionality: Make test calls to verify audio quality and all features are working properly.
