Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Ethernet cable (Cat5e or higher)
  • Power adapter (included)
  • Handset and cord
  • Mounting bracket (optional)
  • Network switch with PoE support

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location near network connection with adequate ventilation and accessibility.
  2. Unpack Components: Remove all packaging materials including protective films from screen and handset.
  3. Connect Network Cable: Connect Ethernet cable to network port on phone and to PoE switch or router.
  4. Power Connection: If not using PoE, connect the power adapter to phone and power outlet.
  5. Connect Handset: Attach handset cord to handset port and handset base.
  6. Optional Accessories: Connect headset, additional line modules, or expansion modules if required.
  7. Initial Setup: Power on phone and follow on-screen prompts for network configuration and registration.
Warning: All network configurations must be performed by qualified IT personnel to ensure proper operation and security compliance.

Troubleshooting

  • DNS Error: Cannot resolve server name - Check DNS configuration and server availability
  • No Service: Phone registered but no service - Check call manager configuration
  • Security Error: Certificate or security issue - Verify security certificates and configuration
