Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place phone on stable surface.

  1. Connect to network: Use Ethernet cable to connect SW port to network switch or router.
  2. Connect PC (optional): Use Ethernet cable to connect PC port to computer.
  3. Power the phone: Use Power over Ethernet (PoE) or connect external power adapter.
  4. Connect handset: Plug coiled handset cord into handset port.

WARNING! Use only approved power adapter. Ensure network cables are securely connected.

First-Time Setup

Phone will boot and attempt to obtain network configuration automatically.

  3. Hold: Press Hold button to place call on hold.
  4. Transfer: During active call, press Transfer, dial target number, press Transfer again.
  5. Conference: During active call, press Conference, dial third party, press Conference again.
  6. Voicemail: Press Messages button to access voicemail system.
  7. Redial: Press Redial to call last dialed number.
  8. Call Forward: Configure via phone menu or web interface.
