IP Phone Series

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Ethernet cable (Cat5e or higher)
  • Power adapter (if not using PoE)
  • Screwdriver (for wall mount)
  • Network switch with PoE support
  • Computer for configuration

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and verify all components are present.
  2. Connect to Network: Connect the Ethernet cable from the network switch to the phone's LAN port.
  3. Power Connection: Connect the power adapter if not using Power over Ethernet (PoE).
  4. Handset and Accessories: Connect the handset cord and any additional accessories like headsets.
  5. Power On: Press the power button and wait for the phone to boot up completely.
  6. Network Configuration: Configure network settings either manually or via DHCP.
  7. Test Functionality: Make a test call to verify audio quality and all features are working properly.
Warning: All network configurations should be performed by qualified IT personnel to ensure proper operation and security.
