Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable desk surface.

  1. Connect to Network: Plug Ethernet cable from switch into LAN/PoE port.
  2. Connect PC (optional): Use second Ethernet port to connect computer.
  3. Connect Handset: Plug coiled handset cord into handset port.
  4. Power On: Phone powers via PoE or connect external power adapter.

First-Time Setup

Phone boots automatically; follow on-screen prompts.

  1. Network Registration: Phone obtains IP via DHCP and registers to call control server.
  2. Configure Extension: Enter extension number and authentication credentials if prompted.

  2. Hold: Press Hold button during active call.

  4. Conference: Press Conference during call, dial second party, press Conference again.
  5. Forward Calls: Settings > Call Forward > Always/No Answer/Busy.
  6. Voicemail: Press Messages button or dial voicemail access number.
  7. Speed Dial: Assign numbers to speed dial keys via Settings.
  8. Call History: Press Navigation button to view missed, received, placed calls.
