Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Ethernet cable (Cat5e or higher)
- Power adapter (if not using PoE)
- Network switch with PoE capability
- Screwdriver set
- Network cable tester
Step-by-Step Installation
- Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and verify all components are present (phone, handset, cables, documentation).
- Network Connection: Connect the Ethernet cable from the network switch to the LAN port on the phone. For PoE models, ensure your switch supports Power over Ethernet.
- Computer Connection: Connect your computer to the PC port on the phone if you want to use the phone's built-in switch.
- Power Connection: If not using PoE, connect the power adapter to the phone and plug it into a power outlet.
- Handset Connection: Connect the handset to the handset port using the coiled cable provided.
- Power On: Press the power button or wait for PoE to initialize. The phone will boot up and attempt to register with the call server.
- Configuration: Follow on-screen prompts to configure network settings or wait for automatic provisioning from your PBX system.
- Test Functionality: Make test calls to verify audio quality and all features are working properly.

Troubleshooting
