Tools Needed:
- Ethernet cable (Cat5e or higher)
- Power adapter (if not using PoE)
- Screwdriver (for wall mount)
- Network switch with PoE support
- Computer for configuration
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location near network connection with proper ventilation and accessibility.
- Unpack Phone: Remove all packaging materials and check contents including handset, base, cables, and documentation.
- Connect Network Cable: Connect Ethernet cable from network switch to the LAN port on the phone. Use PoE if available.
- Connect Computer (Optional): Connect computer to PC port on phone for pass-through networking.
- Power Connection: Connect power adapter if not using Power over Ethernet (PoE).
- Connect Handset: Connect handset cord to handset port and handset.
- Power On: Power on the phone and wait for boot sequence to complete.
- Configuration: Follow on-screen prompts or access web interface for network and account configuration.
