Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable surface.

  1. Connect to network: Plug Ethernet cable from switch into NETWORK port on phone.
  2. Connect PC (optional): Use second Ethernet cable from PC port to computer.

First-Time Setup

Making and Receiving Calls

Basic call functions: dial, answer, hold, transfer, conference.

  1. Make call: Lift handset or press NewCall, dial number, press Dial softkey.
  2. Answer call: Lift handset or press Answer softkey.
  3. Hold call: Press HOLD button; resume with Resume softkey.
  4. Transfer call: Press TRANSFER, dial target, press Transfer again.
  5. Conference call: Press CONFERENCE during active call, dial participant, press Conference again.
  6. Voicemail: Press MESSAGE button or dial voicemail access number.
  7. Redial: Press Redial softkey or dial **.
  8. Call forward: Press CFwdAll softkey, enter destination number.

WARNING! Emergency calls may require direct dialing; verify local emergency number.
