Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Ethernet cable (Cat5e or higher)
  • Power adapter (if not using PoE)
  • Network switch with PoE support
  • Screwdriver (for wall mounting)
  • Level (for wall installation)

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Network Preparation: Ensure your network supports VoIP and has DHCP server enabled for automatic IP assignment.
  2. Physical Connection: Connect the Ethernet cable from the network port to the SW port on the phone. Connect computer to PC port if needed.
  3. Power Connection: Connect power adapter to phone or use Power over Ethernet (PoE) from compatible switch.
  4. Phone Boot-up: Allow phone to boot up completely. This may take 2-3 minutes for initial configuration.
  5. Configuration: Access phone settings through web interface or follow your system administrator's setup instructions.
  6. Testing: Make test calls to verify audio quality and feature functionality.
  7. Wall Mounting: Optional wall mounting using provided bracket and screws.
Warning: For corporate installations, configuration should be performed by qualified network administrators to ensure proper integration with existing VoIP infrastructure.
