Tools Needed:

Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and network connectivity, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
- Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and inspect the phone for any physical damage.
- Network Connection: Connect the phone to your network using an Ethernet cable. For PoE models, connect to a PoE switch or injector.
- Power Connection: If not using PoE, connect the power adapter to the phone and a power outlet.
- Handset and Accessories: Connect the handset, and if available, the headset and additional line modules.
- Power On: Power on the phone and wait for it to boot and register with the Cisco Unified Communications Manager.
- Configuration: Configure network settings and extension numbers as per your organization's VoIP setup.
- Test Functionality: Test calling, receiving, and all features to ensure proper operation.
