Tools Needed:

Step-by-Step Installation
- Network Preparation: Ensure your network supports VoIP and has proper Quality of Service (QoS) settings configured.
- Physical Connection: Connect the Ethernet cable from the network port to your switch. Use PoE or connect the power adapter.
- Phone Boot-up: Allow the phone to boot up completely. This may take 2-5 minutes as it downloads configuration.
- Network Configuration: Configure VLAN settings if required by your network infrastructure.
- Extension Setup: Program the phone extension, SIP credentials, and server information as provided by your administrator.
- Feature Configuration: Set up speed dials, call forwarding, voicemail, and other features as needed.
- Testing: Test the phone by making internal and external calls to verify proper functionality.
