CP-7841 Wireless IP Phone

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Ethernet cable (CAT5e or higher)
  • Power adapter (included)
  • Wireless network credentials
  • Screwdriver (for wall mount)
  • Network configuration details

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and verify all components are present (phone, handset, power adapter, Ethernet cable).
  2. Connect Power: Connect the power adapter to the phone and plug into a power outlet.
  3. Network Connection: Connect the Ethernet cable from your network switch/router to the phone's network port.
  4. Wireless Setup: Navigate to network settings to configure wireless connection if using Wi-Fi instead of Ethernet.
  5. Handset Connection: Connect the handset cord to the phone base and handset.
  6. Power On: Press the power button and wait for the phone to boot up completely.
  7. Configuration: Follow on-screen prompts to configure network settings, SIP registration, and user preferences.
  8. Test Call: Make a test call to verify audio quality and connection stability.
