Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Ethernet cable (CAT5e or higher)
- Power adapter (if not using PoE)
- Screwdriver (for wall mounting)
- Network switch with PoE support
- VoIP service credentials
Step-by-Step Installation
- Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and verify all components are present (phone, handset, cables, documentation).
- Network Connection: Connect the Ethernet cable from your network switch to the LAN port on the VoIP phone. For PoE models, this will also provide power.
- Power Connection: If not using PoE, connect the provided power adapter to the phone and plug into a power outlet.
- Handset Connection: Connect the telephone handset to the designated port on the phone.
- Network Configuration: Power on the phone and access the network settings via the LCD display or web interface.
- VoIP Account Setup: Enter your VoIP service provider credentials (SIP server, username, password, etc.).
- Test Operation: Make a test call to verify audio quality and proper registration with the VoIP service.
