IP Phone Series

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Ethernet cable (Cat5e or higher)
  • Power adapter (if not using PoE)
  • Phillips screwdriver
  • Network switch with PoE support
  • Telephone handset cable

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location near network connection with adequate ventilation and accessibility.
  2. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and check for any visible damage to the phone and accessories.
  3. Connect Network Cable: Connect the Ethernet cable from the network switch to the "SW" port on the phone.
  4. Connect Computer (Optional): Connect your computer to the "PC" port on the phone if using pass-through networking.
  5. Power Connection: Connect the power adapter or ensure PoE is enabled on the network switch.
  6. Connect Handset: Connect the telephone handset to the handset port using the provided cable.
  7. Power On and Configure: Power on the phone and follow the on-screen prompts for initial configuration.
Warning: All network installations must be performed by qualified personnel to ensure proper operation and network security.
